Learn More About Your New MyChart

Thank you for being a patient at DotHouse Health and for using MyChart to manage your health information.

If you have any questions or need help, please contact the DotHouse Health MyChart Tech Support Line at 617-288-3230 extension 2745.

We are pleased to share that DotHouse Health is transitioning from OCHIN MyChart to the Boston Medical Center (BMC) patient portal on Thursday, June 1st for our electronic medical records. We are excited to implement these new improvements!

You will still be able to send and receive messages from your care team, see upcoming appointments, access your medical records, see your billing, etc.

However, you will not be able to cancel appointments in the new system. You will need to call the health center to cancel.

Your medical records will automatically roll into the new system

Once DotHouse transitions to the Boston Medical Center patient portal starting on June 1st, you will have to navigate to the new MyChart system using the DotHouse website or the MyChart mobile app. We will continue to provide updates to you.

For example, you will be able to “switch organizations,” on the MyChart mobile app with the new option to choose DotHouse Health MyChart as the organization where you receive your healthcare.

If you are using your desktop to log in to your DotHouse MyChart, the new link is available on the button below:

See instructions & mobile app example below:

Once you have successfully logged in to your account, your medical records and appointments will appear in the new system.

Be sure to always access your records through DotHouse Health MyChart or BMC MyChart, as OCHIN MyChart will not have any updated information, including upcoming appointments.

Please note that some patients will have to add a “.1” to the end of their usernames. If you are one of those patients, we will contact you directly with more information.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition to this new, more robust, and integrated system. We apologize for any inconvenience.
