Payment Options

In-Person: You can pay bills at your department's registration desk. We accept check, cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) payments.

By Phone: Credit card payment can be made over the phone by calling the Patient Billing Call Center at 617-740-2400.

By Mail: Please send check or credit card information with the payment coupon from your statement in the enclosed, pre-addressed remittance envelope to: DotHouse Health, 1353 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester, MA 02122

At this time, we do not offer online payment options.
