Monday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 7:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Our appointment staff can provide services in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. Please have your insurance information ready when you schedule your appointment.
Please be prepared to share the reason and goals for your visit during your call. This will help us identify the appropriate length of time for your visit. It is important to us that you have the time that you need with your doctor.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do I bring to my appointment?
- Your insurance ID card if you have one. If you do not have an insurance card, you are still welcome and we will help you apply for insurance.
- Any questions you want to ask about your health or our services.
- A list of any medications you are currently taking (or bring them with you).
- The name and phone number of your pharmacy.
Can I schedule in-person appointments at DotHouse Health?
Yes. You can walk-in and schedule an appointment at your department's
registration desk.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. Remember, you must show up to your appointment at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
Will I receive an appointment reminder?
Yes. Our team will contact you several days prior to your appointment to remind you.
