Michelle Nadow Chief Executive Officer |
In 2005, Michelle Nadow began her work at DotHouse Health as the Director of Public Policy and Advocacy. In this role, she was responsible for developing and implementing a public policy agenda and strategic action plan for DotHouse Health and its partner organizations, the Codman Square Health Center and DotWell. Over the years, Michelle added to her responsibilities with the development and oversight of DotHouse Health's case management department.
Before coming to DotHouse Health, she coordinated school health programs at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health under a grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Earlier, Michelle was a senior aide to State Representative Christopher J. Hodgkins in the Massachusetts House of Representatives working on issues pertaining to health care, public health and human services, among others. She received a Master of Science degree in Public Affairs from the John W. McCormack Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.
Michelle has participated in continuing professional development while working at DotHouse Health including a fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Community Health Leadership at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation, the Geiger Gibson Capstone Program in Health Policy and Leadership at George Washington University and Advanced Study in Health Center Financial Management through the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and Suffolk University.

Monica Vohra, MD Chief Medical Officer |
Dr. Monica Vohra has served as a primary care physician at DotHouse, providing care to adult patients. At DotHouse, Monica has participated in quality improvement initiatives around depression monitoring, reducing psychosocial barriers to diabetes management, and integrating and enhancing telehealth services into our practice. She has also served as a preceptor for medical students and internal medicine residents.
In addition to her duties at DotHouse, she has served as Medical Director at MassHealth for almost 3 years. In that role, Dr. Vohra has led health equity initiatives to reduce health disparities among resilient yet marginalized populations. While at MassHealth, Dr. Vohra established herself as a clinical subject matter expert on health care delivery for justice involved individuals and for transgender and gender non-binary individuals. Prior to working at DotHouse, Dr. Vohra was a primary care provider at a federally qualified health center in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Vohra completed her Bachelor’s degree at Emory University and Medical Degree at Morehouse School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown/Washington Hospital Center, followed by her Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
Dr. Vohra has a strong commitment to DotHouse and our mission-driven work. She is dedicated to delivering healthcare services through the lens of health equity. Her leadership will help us evolve to meet the challenges and opportunities of the changing health care environment and our patients’ needs.

John Cooney joined the DotHouse Health team as Director of Finance in 2016 and became Chief Financial Officer of the health center in January 2018. John brings over twenty years of healthcare finance experience of aligning fiscal sustainability and operations goals to the vision and mission of non-profit organizations.
Prior to DotHouse Health, John served as the Senior Finance Director at Covenant Health’s Youville Assisted Living Residences and as a Controller for Radius Specialty Hospital. John holds a Bachelor of Science in General Management from the University of Massachusetts – Boston and received his Certificate of Accounting from Newbury College

Byron Byfield joined DotHouse Health as Chief Information Technology Officer in July 2019. Before joining our organization, he worked at Compass Medical for over eleven years as a Director of Health Informatics and a Director of I.T & ISO. As the Director of I.T. & ISO his primary responsibilities included managing the I.T. budget, aligning the I.T. departmental goals with the organizational business objects and working with peers to develop an overall security/risk strategy for Compass Medical.
Byron holds a Bachelor Degree from Dartmouth College, is certified as a CHCIO through the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and also certified through Harvard University on cyber security.

Christine McColgan Chief Human Resources Officer |
Christine McColgan joined us in October 2022 as DotHouse Health's Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to DotHouse, Chris served as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Earlier in her career, Chris was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tufts University.

I’m looking forward to serving the employees and leading and collaborating with the HR Team at the DotHouse."

Quyen Pham Chief Operating Officer |
Quyen Pham worked at DotHouse Health from 2014-2022 serving as the Data and Reporting Coordinator and then later as the Director of Population Health. As Director of Population Health, she implemented the health center’s Population Health program and and prior to returning to DotHouse, Quyen worked at the Center for Community Health Improvement at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) (2022-2024) where she was the Director of Evaluation. During her time at MGH, Quyen led evaluation of design, implementation strategies and quality improvement processes for community health programs. Both at MGH and DotHouse, she implemented strategies in closing gaps and managing target populations to improve health and health outcomes, using data to improve workflows and meet benchmarks.
Quyen received both her Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Public Health from Boston University. She has participated in continuing professional development while working at DotHouse including a fellowship with the Massachusetts Institute for Community Health Leadership at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation. Quyen has a strong commitment to DotHouse and our mission driven work. She is dedicated to leveraging resources and engaging teams to build transformative processes and systems to achieve health equity for our patients and community.
