Your first step to becoming a patient at DotHouse Health is to select a primary care provider. Please click here for a full list of our providers. We are proud to have a highly skilled team of English, Cape Verdean Creole, Spanish and Vietnamese-speaking providers.
Once you have selected a primary care provider, please call our Registration team at 617-740-2320. Our team will collect general information from you, confirm that we accept your insurance, and work with you to arrange your first appointment.
Steps to Becoming a Patient:
- Select a Primary Care Doctor
- Call our Registration Staff at 617-740-2320.
- Our Staff will register you as a new patient and schedule your first appointment.
Please describe your concerns and needs in detail to our Registration staff. We are interested in your concerns, recent experiences and goals for your visit. This will help us understand how much time we need to schedule for your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.
This will allow enough time for you to complete the check-in process. If you arrive late, your doctor may still be able to see you depending on that day’s schedule. Please understand that if you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to prevent delays to our other patients. Please be sure to bring proper insurance information.
